1. Brush and dry your teeth
2. Open and remove the strips from the plastic film
3. Apply the strips to your teeth
4. Press for 10 seconds on the strip to ensure it holds
5. Wait for 15 minutes with the strips in place
6. Repeat this treatment once a day for 14 days for the best results
7. Rinse your mouth or brush your teeth to avoid residue
